The “Spicy Flights” menu will only be available for a limited time, with a portion of proceeds going to the CAL FIRE Benevolent Foundation, an organization providing funds to California firefighters and their families.

“We are so close to many prestigious wine regions that it seemed only natural to pair our authentic dishes with local wines to enhance the dining experience,” said Executive Chef Lijun Han. “I want to educate people about Sichuan cuisine and its bold flavors, especially the spiciness and spiciness, due to the use of Sichuan garlic, chili peppers and pepper, which go surprisingly well with many different wines and we are delighted to share this with our guests with this special menu.
