A brand new afternoon tea menu has been launched at the Village Hotel Club.
Curated by Great British Bake Off winner Candice Brown, The Bromborough Hotel’s Afternoon Par-Tea menu includes a selection of sweet and savory treats and is available every Saturday between 2pm and 5pm throughout the summer .
On the menu, mini brioche buns garnished with egg mayonnaise and spinach; a roasted sweet potato, chorizo and red pepper pie plus shrimp marie rose with avocado served on crackers.
Desserts include mini cornflake pie with lemon curd; chocolate and orange scones with jam and cream as well as rhubarb and custard profiteroles.
Village Hotel Club Wirral General Manager Stuart Davies said: “Our new Afternoon Par-tea menu is perfect for couples and groups to enjoy a quiet Saturday afternoon.
“My favorite is probably the chocolate and orange scones, but that’s a tough choice!
“I’m excited to see what our guests think.”
Afternoon Par-Tea menus cost £17.50pp and come with tea and coffee, but customers can upgrade to a G&T, pornstar martini or Aeprol spritz for £25pp.
